We designed our load bearing structural brick faced lintels to not only carry the outer leaf masonry traditionally built above but to create brick depths to the soffit to enhance the visual appearance of the masonry package.
On the deep soffits to the ground floor where masonry support from the slab edge were available, we designed bolt up units to create a continuous band of unsupported brickwork.
